Terrible service. Waiting on the phone for ages before i actually got through to book an Emergency job. I was given the run around before finally the job was booked. Tech staff attended spent 5mins, produced an enormous "site attendance" invoice & didn't fix the problem. So frustrating.
Rang this number and asked to speak to Customer Service and was 8th in the queue (or so I thought)! Waited for 45 minutes until I finally spoke to someone who said that would transfer me to Customer Service!
Being 18th in the queue (again) I was finally after a further 45 minutes - 1.5 hours since I originally rang!
Thanks for the expensive mobile bill Rinnai and I know now never to do any other ongoing business with you ever again.
