    Having been together for several years, my partner and I needed to get married because we were moving to another country for work and we had to be married to obtain the right visa. My partner and I love each other to bits, but marriage isn't really our thing, so we were at something of a loss when it came to planning a wedding. We had concerns about many of the traditions surrounding weddings, but we also wanted to make sure that any wedding ceremony reflected who we are and our love for each other (even if getting married wasn't something that we would have chosen for ourselves).
    Sally was fantastic with us, and she listened to everything we said about our priorities, our concerns, and our relationship. She had a great sense of humour and was fun to work with, but she was also professional, sincere and respectful. She had some excellent ideas and suggestions, and with her help, we ended up with a beautiful, intimate ceremony that was uniquely about us and our relationship, and which avoided all of the "traditional wedding" minefields that we'd been worried about.
    We were very impressed by the amount of thought, consultation and time that Sally put into ensuring that our ceremony was exactly what we wanted. I would strongly recommend Sally to anyone looking for a celebrant - we found her to be genuine, sensitive, and very, very good at what she does.

      I loved working with this couple who wish to remain anonymous. Their wedding was an absolute delight, in a perfect setting which was close to their hearts. We had a very collaborative working relationship and the ceremony really was a reflection of who they are and their special love for each other. I wish them all the best for their future together.

    We could not have asked for a better celebrant! Sally (Ritual Design) was wonderful to work with, making every step easy and fun. From our first meeting with her to discuss ideas to the actual ceremony, I found Sally to be organised, calm, easy to work with, and helpful. By incorporating our ideas and wishes, Sally helped us create our ideal ceremony to celebrate our marriage. We feel it was perfect and our family & friends have commented on how it reflected "us and our love for each other". Many many many thanks to you Sally.
    We do not hesitate to recommend Sally to anyone wanting to make their wedding a very special day indeed.

      It was an absolute delight to be the celebrant for Fi and Nic's wedding; they were a pleasure to work with and we had a lot of fun. It was a collaborative effort and together we tailored their ceremony - incorporating some spiritual elements - an invocation, commentary on Shivaratri (which fell at the same time), a old Indian poem about Shiva and Parvati's marriage, and of course their own special story about how their relationship developed and why it works so well. The setting for the wedding was absolutely perfect and so was the weather. It was down in the Otways surrounded by bushland. We also acknowledged the traditional landowners at the beginning of the ceremony. Congratulations Fi and Nic!
