    I have been going to Rixons for years the service was great when I first started but unfortunately things have changed. The results are very inconsistent Also the time for cuts and colours has become longer and longer. Their are more than one person doing my hair when I have booked in with my normal hair dresser and I am never asked if this is alright. Also hair washing is incredibly rough and painful the majority of the time. The sinks are super uncomfortable, they are expensive and disorganised with contact details. I wish Rixon would go back to the good old days of one hairdresser person customer and eliminate all the chaos.

    Been there twice. First time all was really good & actually I was really impressed with this hair place. But the second time -- was such a disaster! At first, nobody listen to me. I came to colour my hair & to make foils,but in the end been proposed to cut my hair short,as basically the hairdresser did not want to work with long hair & make foils?! The quality of job is very poor, if not to say worse. They missed patches on my head when been colouring my hair, so I ended up with going to another place to re-colour my hair again.

    Rixon Hairdressing was a refreshing surprise. Walked in with stressed out, foiled-to-death, unruly curly hair. Left with a more flattering hair colour, yummy products for the curls and rehydration(that actually work) and a feeling of having been truly listened to.
    The Rixon team are lovely and approachable. Before picking up the scissors they have a chat to get a feel for who you are and then make considered recommendations on both cut and colour.
    First made the change to the Rixon Team twelve weeks ago and I am still getting compliments on my new look.
