As the second oldest consecutively operating hotel in South Australia, The Rob Roy makes an important contribution to the nation's list of heritage buildings. They've been serving up beer and wine in this venue since 1838 and from all reports, things aren't about to slow down any time soon. The Rob Roy's new owners, Malcolm and Stacey O' Farrell have overseen some great renovations to the hotel which have maintained much of the venues classic historical charm. Head chef Ben Harrison has put together a menu of 'classic cuisine with a modern Scottish twist' for the famed Pot Still Room. For newcomers the 450 gram Butter Beef Rib Eye is an absolute must try. We also heartily recommend the Haggis with Neeps and Tatties or the wonderful Rob Roy pizzas. The Rob Roy is famous for its malt whiskies stocking over 70 different single malts.
