As the second oldest consecutively operating hotel in South Australia, The Rob Roy makes an important contribution to the nation's list of heritage buildings.  They've been serving up beer and wine in this venue since 1838 and from all reports, things aren't about to slow down any time soon.

The Rob Roy's new owners, Malcolm and Stacey O' Farrell have overseen some great renovations to the hotel which have maintained much of the venues classic historical charm.

Head chef Ben Harrison has put together a menu of 'classic cuisine with a modern Scottish twist' for the famed Pot Still Room.  For newcomers the 450 gram Butter Beef Rib Eye is an absolute must try.  We also heartily recommend the Haggis with Neeps and Tatties or the wonderful Rob Roy pizzas.

The Rob Roy is famous for its malt whiskies stocking over 70 different single malts.

Great pub with friendly staff. Excellent location and nothing better than sitting outside this pub on a Friday afternoon. Good prices and lots of benefits for members.

Went here for drinks and was disappointed that I couldn't stay for dinner with my friends. Great atmosphere with plenty of beers available. Love that they have a whiskey menu! Plenty of seating options with two inside areas and outdoor seating. I heard that the meals were good.

What a gem! We have lived near the Rob Roy for years and now finally it's been renovated. Fantastic food, massive whisky list (for my husband) and a beautiful interior. Be great when the Beer Garden is finished as well. Lovely to see a pub where the owners still work behind the bar. Well done!

I absolutely loved the mushroom dish and my friends had the pizza which they thought was delicious. Was looked after well by the staff and service was relatively fast considering the amount of customers
