    I bought a hammer that bent when I used it (they recommended it) and when I asked for my money back I was told they'd have to ask the staff in 6 week. Still haven't got my money back. I was spending $100's of dollars here renovating my unit 'supporting local business'. Not anymore. If Robert Sim Building Supplies are happy to rip off elderly, disabled women then I think they need to reassess their business ethics!!!! Don't expect a fair deal here.
