    Recently I've proposed to my partner with a diamond that i've bought in Sydney. It all went good, so yesterday my partner and I walked into Robert White Jewellers and asked them if they would design a ring for us telling them that we've already got the diamond. Simple yes or no answer would have being sufficient, but the gentlemen decided to tell us everything we did was wrong. Wrong diamond, wrong certificate, wrong place to buy it. WHY would you do that to your potential customers, especially embarrassing me in front of my new fiance, shame on you. I have two mates getting their engagement rings from Robert White and pretty sure you've lost that business now. This is my mobile number 0417791840, ring me with your apology.

    My partner and I recently purchased an engagement ring from Rober White Jewellers and not only did we recieve a beautiful ring we excperience amazing service. The staff were all so helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had. We searched through many stores in Brisbane and Sydney but found that the quality and service in Robert White far exceeded anywhere else. Can't recommend highly enough.

    My Wife and I were helping her sister's boyfriend choose an engagement ring today at Robert White Jewellers, Brisbane Arcade when we were confronted by a rude and derogatory staff member.

    We were standing at the window making our final selection and ready to buy. We knew the style and knew this was the Jeweller she had previously seen "the one".
    He had made his choice and we were about to enter, when the staff member walked out side and stood between the shop window and us.
    The staff member commented "Obviously youre not going to buy from the selection here and you can't stand here and create a style you want, they said. I suggest you move on.
    We thought they were joking and responded, Have you got better styles inside?
    They then said, Are you boys buying the ring for each other?
    At this point I, nor my wife, were impressed and realized the person was serious. I then said You obviously don't need the business. They responded, No, We dont!

    If this is the quality of the service before walking in the door, imagine the quality upon your return if you had any problems after your purchase.
    Take your money elsewhere. It is such a special and exciting time. You do not want to spoil the experience with unprofessional, discriminating or rude customer service.
