    Appalling customer service. Placed an order on their website. Then rang them to confirm it wasn't placed twice as I pressed submit twice (no confirmation message). Rudest staff in a long time took the call and, unbelievably, had a go at me for using their website ! They said that the website cant be used to place orders and that they havent done that in months. Well update your website ! I'm in my 40's and cannot in my life recall anyone who spoke as rudely and abruptly in all my life. Worst service ever. I was clearly an irritant and just a hassle for them. I fully understand that these guys are beyond frantic at this time of the year but that's no excuse for the shocking service. Been going here for 6 years, never again. Lost my custom for life.

    The only place in Victoria I know where you can buy authentic English black pudding.The other small goods are also excellent.
