    Repairs are done in a prompt manner & everything is explained to you so you know exactly what is wrong & how it will be fixed. Customer service is friendly & courteous. As a female at no time did I feel patronised as I have had in the past from some in the automotive industry. They have EFTPOS facilities - I paid by Visa, but you can pay through your savings or cheque account - very handy as it saves you having to get cash out & walk there from the bank as you sometimes have to do. My car is running very smoothly now, I'm very happy & will be back.
