    We used Rolo Vans back in November to help us with a week at the Masters games. All was fine until we got home and they pinned damage on us. Well there was certainly no damage on the van when we left it in the designated spot at the airport! They took $600 out of our credit card without notice as we coudl not prove that we had not damages it. Likewise how could they prove we did? Problem is being interstate you cant even go and see the so called damage and when they wait a week to inform you how do you even know that someone else has not driven the car since. All around a below par effort that leaves a very sour tastse from our trip to the Gold Coast. We will not be using them again and recommend for anyoen who does to take a full video tour of teh car showing the time and date you left it mayeb with a priest present as that seems to be the only way they wont pin damage you cant even see on you! very bad form
