    furniture removed from a house we had sold...

    furniture delivered and dumped at our other home...
    organised to get paid with cash (then added gst) and made my wife sign invoice and hand over cash before unloading.
    On closer inspection; chipped glass coffee table, wooden outdoor setting cracked at all four joins (could only occur from dropping from second story balcony)...
    Then on arrival the next day to the property which is sold; to find not just scratches but chunks in walls and dents on floorboards shows the lack of respect to other peoples property this company has...
    After ringing three times the next day would not answer except when we withheld our number...
    Happy to pretend they knew nothing about it and tried to blame previous removalists... we moved furniture in our self and left not a single mark...

    Broken furniture which was only 6 months old, plaster chunks and dust on corners of furniture and on the floor, kind of give away that it was done recently...

    Had to have chunks patched and entire wall painted. Money not an issue for us;
    we just feel that a company who portrays them selves as:
    "move with care, honest and reliable men" should be held accountable.

    We could have organised for a few of my mates to throw the furniture down the stairs instead we paid professionals to do so...
