They ignored Tax Office correspondence pertaining to our company. Neglected to inform us of our obligations to pay Tax Office. Lost our file because their "filing system" is in huge piles all over the floor. Result for us: massive bill from Tax Office, only found out when we were already listed as defaulters and threatened with court by Tax Office. Had to re-mortgage our home to pay bill.
