I used a groupon voucher there the other day and the experience was great im definitely going back when i need a new colour .The staff were friendly and the salon was full of happy return clients. I had one hair dresser take care of me from start to finish which was great because i hate at other places being thrown around to whom ever is free. Great experience! I used a groupon voucher last Friday. I was running
a couple of minutes late so I phoned to let them know. Katy was wonderful over the phone. I arrived there with a warm greeting and was offered a cold or hot drink. Katy took care of my colouring needs. She was open and offered great advice for a first timer getting foils done. Katy even explained to me that the keratin treatment will get the frizz out but that I would still get my waves after washing. I was perfectly happy with this response as I still love my wavy hair.
Next I had the keratin treatment done by Vee. She was lovely. She told me the treatment would be in my hair for 25 minutes. I had read reviews and how the brazil keratin treatment takes 1-3 hours. I realised the blowout treatment is different to the hardcore brazilian keratin that takes hours.
The blowdry wasn't too bad although I have had a better blow dry elsewhere and I didn't an iron through it.
My cut was great! My hair was not butchered. I just wanted a trim and my layers fixed up which I got.
Overall the service I received was great. I paid $130 for the keratin, half head foils and cut.to me that was a great deal. My colleagues love my new hair!

P.S The person who complained about the staff not talking to you...did you bother talking to them ? Or maybe I'm just a talkative person and had no problems with communication. -

VERY DISAPPOINTING!! My wife went to this place with a Groupon voucher for Keratin treatment which was supposedly 70% off. She realised that Ronivee was only charging $99 (advertised as $450+) for any one who is coming to with or with out the Groupon voucher! .However, did the treatment and within a week it was all back to original shape. Called RoniVee team and they said they cant do anything about it! So it is bit dodgy the way they advertise or do the process. The website said it would stay up to 4 months, the stylist said 2 months and in reality it stayed only less than a week. Why spend $99 at this place? It is really unfair and they should be responsible or at least accept or declare the expectations. -

I have had my keratin treatments, colour, extensions and cuts there for over 12 months. I would NEVER go anywhere else! The staff are so lovely.
The manager Vee is very professional, taking care of all her clients needs. I LOVE Ronivee! -

I bought a voucher for the brazilian keratin treatment. Oh my lord i would have made better use of that money if i had flushed it down the toilet. When i went to make the appointment. The management was rude and gruff. When i went in to get my hair done there was no conversation at all from the staff. I felt like a car going for service. It was cold and i wasnt tated like a customer or even (paying) person for that matter. It was like they had gotten my money and the deal was done and they clearly dont rely on customers returning. Anyway back to the point, my hair was meant to be 'smoothed and straightened' and i quote from the staff after they were done my hair was going to be "so straight". Now ive had this brazilian keratin treatment done before at price attack eastgardens which went really well. What i got at roni vee's was burnt frizzy hair that became more unmanagable as a result and dry and dull. The procedure took a record 20 mins, it should take at least 45 mins for the product to work before its washed out. Then my hair was blowdried. This was the worst excuse for a blow-dry i have ever had. I legitimately question whether anyone who works at ronivee's ever went to beauty school because they send you out of their salon with hideously manled hair and a hole in your pocket. I have never seen a customer in their salon, and i walk past everyday because i live in the area. And there's a good reason for this. I hope everyone who considers them reads this first.-

I wrote a comment back in February when we went to have our hair done with a Spreets voucher the other management asked for $50 extra when we questioned them they became extremely rude and told us to get out of the shop as they weren't honouring the voucher. It was the worst experience we have ever had at a so called Hair Dressing Salon. I am so glad that they kicked us out since reading the numerous unhappy comments on this site that have happened after our visit in February ... obviously this salon should be avoided .....1 month ago

as a business owner and we been doin brazilian blow out for 5 years we never wash the treatment after 45 mins we blow dry the treatment into the hair and its left there for at least a day ,,, so im sorry for the story u been telling ,, i guess ur the client who rang yesterday asking for ur money back and being rude on the phone and yelling ,,, im sorry for the troubles u been through and to let u know that we are fully booked everyday so if ur not happy plz let us know whu instead of this hated massage ,have a great day1 month ago

no i'm afraid it wasn't me - clearly there's no shortage of unhappy customers. i didn't think it was worth picking up the phone to complain. I wouldn't let anyone in your salon near my hair again. The way you're handling the situation goes to show your poor people skills. I hope you learn that providing a service in this country is more than just a transaction. You should give people what they pay for honestly and treat them with dignity. Maybe look to your own behaviour - enough people have said you need to fix your ways. No use lashing out at us when you're the only one we have in common mija.1 month ago

This "salon" is absolutely shocking. I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to go here. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Understaffed which leads to foils being done in 2 minutes. They didn't even fold the foil as they were in such a rush which led to the dye leaking on my face. When confronting the staff they were extremely rude and unprofessional. -

I'd been looking for a local salon who does the Brazilian Blowout Treatment. My friend recommended Vee at Ronivee and I was extremely impressed with the service she gave me. She was fun and professional and I found the salon had an up beat and friendly atmosphere. I was really pleased with the out come of the Brazilian Blowout and I have already re-booked for my next one, I would defiantly recommend a visit! -
