The first time I went to vee's I used a voucher and got the triple treatment - cut, foils, and keratin. I was told the keratin will last 2-6 months depending on hair type. I was happy with that. I had 3 work on my hair and they were so lovely! My hair was great! I recently went back to have my roots redone and everything else and my hair is still fantastic!! Kate did such a fantastic job!
Thanks girls! Great service and great results! My hair takes less than 10 mins to straighten!

last week i had a voucher for keratin treatment when i booked i couldnt gt in for 2 weeks which was fine cause the shop sold so many voucher i had my treatment by vee and my hair is so good i can finally manage my frizz and i can blowdry my hair in 10 mins ,,, its amazing ,, i have had frizz all my life and to get the bbo and have this results is like xmas ,,, vee offered me $99 anytime to go back which is surely my plan to do ,, i advise to all u of u who have frizz plz dont hasitate its simply AMAZING ... and i love the vibe of that place

hey all had an appointment sat 25 august ,,, arrived there 20 mins late the place was pumping busy and those girls were on track ,,, they took me in,,,, had an amazing colour by the lovely katy ,,, she listened and she suggested some ideas ,,, then my cut was done by vee and blow dry she did a great job ,,,diffenty going in again im pleased and very happy and the price was amazing ...now plz negative reviews get something better to do ,,, i recommened this place 100% to everyone

After reading the reviews on here, I was very apprehensive about using my voucher. I went in last week and I can honestly say I am really Happy with the experience I had. The service was of a great standard and I am more than pleased with my hair. My stylist well and truly exceeded my expectations, and also offered me an amazing price to stay on. Don't let the bad reviews put you off like it almost did me!

HAIR BREAKAGE AND FALLING OUT!
It's been 4.5 days since my keratin treatment and my hair is worse than my earlier review. It's actually starting to break off and even long strands are falling out, making me very worried about scalp damage. My hair was in good condition before the treatment, as a (sad to say previously) curly haired person i never used heat styling, never used sulfate shapoo, was extrememly gentle with my hair and used premium products such as Kerastase and Rene Furturer. I am desperately looking at hair loss sites and just called a hair loss place for an appointment. I am so upset that I am shaking as i write this. Please be careful if you get keratin done, do a search for "remove Keratin treatment" and look at Oprahs keratin stories so that you are fully informed of what damage this can do. On second thoughts, please be carefull before heading to this salon.

  im very sorry if u like to pop in to see why ur hair is in such bad conditions u more than welcome to ... i cant read ur comments and agree because keratin has no chemicals to damage the hair its made of protien,,coca oiland clay .. plz google INOAR and it will confirm what im saying ... maybe ur hair loss is due to something else !!!!!!!!!!!! we are sorry again

This salon has so much experience in hair. The boss is the best colourest I have ever came across. I wanted a change and she done exactly what I said. The staff are trained so well. Very friendly. Make me feel so welcome.

I feel and look AMAZING had my hair done last Friday and I couldnt be happier, a change in colour so shiny I love it, the girls told me about the keratin treatment WOW it's amazing I washed my hair this morning it's softer then ever no more harsh blowdrying or straightening my poor hair anymore as its smooth n frizz free just like they said it would be, I LOVE IT thanks girls I feel great il be seeing use in 6weeks BOOK ME IN....

DEVASTATED!
I went there for the keratin treatment after i was assured that #1 this was NOT going to straighten my hair and #2, that my curls would return in their original shape after 1 wash, just in better condition. this did not happen and now I am left with a very short kink in the root and straight or kinked mids to ends, truely awful and not what I paid for. I dont know if it was 5 or 6 times that i asked if my curl would bounch back to its original shape and was assured each time it would. I have washed it so many times already, with sulfate and sodium chloride shampoos, even adding salt to the shampoo as recommended by other desperate people tryign to get their curl back, coloured my hair, just bought colour remover to see if this would strip the keratin and get my curls back. I look awful and feel utterly decieved. I wish i could remove stars in my review of my experience.

  u surely should check what brazilain blowout is before buying a voucher just for the hell of it ...its a protien treatment which will relax ur curls so u sound stupid and just acting to bring this place down when really they have done thier job,,, plz grow up

  As i commented in my post, I called the girls at the salon before buying the voucher, when I arrived, walking to the shapoo area, in the shampoo basin shampoo, as they were applying. With a response like that it makes me think - DO YOU ALSO WORK FOR THE SALON??

I bought 2 coupons for this salon and gave one to my daughter to us. She had her hair done 3 weeks ago and I saw her over the weekend for the first time since she had it done. She regularly has her hair highlighted but this would have to be the worst result ever!!!! I called the salon just to let them how bad the result was and how/why did they not rectify immediately as the result is painfully obvious (tiger stripes anyone?). The person who answered the phone was very pleasant to speak with. However I was then passed on to management who abused me for calling back to tell them what a bad job they did. I refused offers for my daughter to return to show them the result. I hung up after this person became quite difficult. Within 5 minutes of hanging up I received a call back from the management who verbally abused me - how many four letters words could she utter before I again hung up! Having said that - I had called last week to make an appointment and they offered various dates and times. I then told them I had a coupon and the story and attitude change - was then told they were booked out until after the expiry date of the coupon. I was able to get a refund from the coupon company. Karma is sweet! Stay away from this place.
