    After lots of research and debate we finally decided we would get a bike rack for our car. We went to a few places only to discover that the prices were pretty much the same in every shop. We also discovered and the brand pretty much anyone in the bike industry recommends is Thule. So- what would distinguishes one roof rack dealer from another? SERVICE...
    Roof Rack World has this to abundance and overflowing. With parking literally right outside the store, you are greeted by their friendly staff who take the time to explain the different product available. They then take the product you are interested in and help you fit it to your vehicle. We discovered our Australian hitch was actually a different size to the international bike rack standards which were in inches but the staff were more than happy to help us ensure it fit properly. After assembling the rack on our car they then spent a few minutes permanently adjusting the bike rack to the hitch size of our car with an adaptor.
    Once confirming the bike rack was stable he showed us how we could adjust and use the rack. overall, great service which we surpassed our expectations.

    I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking at roof racks, roof storage units or bike racks.
