Extremely poor customer service has lead me to cancel my job with Roofix. After an on-site quote on 2/5/12 to clean some gutters, install gutter guards and some piping I was told my job was quick and should be able to be fit in soon. Deposit was paid the following week, and then.... nothing. 3 weeks later (on 30/5/12) i contacted them asking what was going on and received a curt email estimating installation the week of 11/6/12. No apologies for the delay either. 7 weeks later, still no further contact from Roofix!
I emailed them again asking what was going on, and not getting a response I called them and was told they were very busy and my job was going to happen the following week. The customer service rep Sabrina was unapologetic.
After talking to the manager I decided that a company that cares so little about its customers isn't worth dealing with. I prefer to lose my 10% deposit then have to deal with these guys any further.
Its a shame things have changed so much that the previous positive reviews reflect the exact opposite experience that I have had.
