I visited this rose farm and had a thoroughly unpleasant experience with the management. The management was very rude and when I asked about the varieties of roses grown there, I was told that it wouldn't mean anything to someone like me. Not sure if they meant me personally or if it was just generalised contempt for anyone from the public. Nonetheless, visiting this rose farm, with the very expensive selection and limited choice, ranks as one of my all-time worst customer experiences. I wouldn't wish a visit to this place on anyone. Really really unpleasant, very limited range of flowers, complete disinterest in selling anything at the farm gate. What a shame. What a waste of petrol!
Placed Order and it was not correctly delivered. To my surprise they delivered more flowers the next day as an apology. Great resolution.
I used this organisation for the first time on the 14/02/2011. I placed the order on the Friday before Valentine's Day and received a confirmation quite quickly. The flowers ordered were offered at a competitive price and the end product was great with a very happy recipient.
I did find out on the day of delivery by my partner that the full order was not received so I contacted roses direct in the afternoon. I simply asked for a credit to my pay pal account and I completely understood how busy it would be for them on Valentine's day. To much surprise they delivered additional flowers the following day with an apology. Great action taken by this company to fix the situation. Will definitely be going back.
Simply fantastic, from the price to the detail in the service. My order was absolutely stunning. Yesterday was the first time I have ever used this service but I wouldn't hesitate to go back as their product and service far exceeds most other florists around. Well done Roses Direct for outstanding service.
