    This is where our poor 99 year old grandmother passed away, as she didn't give 30 days notice of her death, she forfeited a ridiculous $3031 security deposit. How on earth can you determine what day you will die??? On top of this, they refute that she had a wheelie walker which she payed $185 for 2 days before she went in, it vanished from her room. Will never send anyone else in the family to this unforgiving place. Legally, there was no binding agreement or acknowledgment that if you die you don't get your bond back, we didn't sign any paperwork so beware!! See you at VCAT Rosewood.
