    I have been a client of Rosie's for over 20yrs,I have followed her on her journey from being a single mum to successful business women.I have never had to wait more than 5minutes for any service.In any business you may encounter delays especially if you are catering for such a big clientale,and anyway Rosie always delivers the best result A Very Satisfied Client for over 20yrs.

    The service at Rosie's is great, I always find they do a very thorough job. The only problem I have found is that when times are busy, you are kept waiting. One time I had to wait 40 minutes - which is a little bit ridiculous! I also don't like the way the staff are treated at times, especially in front of clients! I like the end result of each treatment, and I like all the specials they offer. All in all a good experience.

    i have been a customer for many years, Rosie's really has let standards drop, the staff are always changing and lack experience. Service is always chaotic and I'm sitting there waiting EVERY TIME.
    Its really not worth your money, after years of loyalty to Rosie's i really have had enough of the rude attitude, unprofessional and unskilled staff.

    I have had many eyebrow waxing and shaping done in my lifetime,they obvouisly didnt have Rosie reshape their eyebrows.My eyebrows have never looked the best ever,you guys need to try it for yourself.

    The quality of service here is not bad, but I find the prices here a bit high in-comparison to similar places/services. I also find the service is usually a bit rushed and not very thorough.

    I wouldn't come here for a facial, or even eyebrow wax, they pride themselves on being number one but the several times I let them wax my eyebrows they've been crooked or uneven.
