    We didn't know what a good builder could do until we used Rossmark. We had a consultation with Matt and he facilitated the design of our first floor extension. My wife was at home with our second child and the behaviour, courtesy and cleanliness of the tradesmen made the experience seamless and with minimal impact on the family. The external areas were kept very safe and we appreciated the environmental focus of the team (recycling etc). Whilst Matt and the office team do an excellent job, Glenn and his tradesmen work together brilliantly and apply sound project management to the job. After the extension was completed, we waited about a year and then used Rossmark for the installation of our in-ground pool. Again, a project that would have been difficult for us to manage as full time workers with a young family - we had absolutely confidence that the house, garage and yard would be safe and secure in Rossmarks hands. The combined efforts of the team have turned our house into a beautiful home which we will enjoy for many years to come. Thanks Rossmark.

    We would like to highly recommend Rossmark Pty Ltd.
    They will do everything from the design to completion. Matthew, who is the Boss, is more than a builder he is an architect.
    When we asked him to completely redo our en suite he designed it personally for us e.g. the tap ware for the shower, height of vanity all the other fittings that go on the walls were placed according to our height & preference E.g. towel rails, vanity height. Also he changed the shower head from one wall to another
    .All the trades that worked in the house were very professional. Best of all, price was fixed. The only adjustment was if we spent more or less than the budget as all items were itemised. Rossmark does not just replace old for new, Matthew redesigned our en suite for us, making it look much larger. We can highly recommend them and you can see the photos in the face book page.

    Bottom Line..Rossmark are good, damn good.
    I operate my own Company and know how competitive any Industry is. We could not be more impressed with the quality of the extension, the regular updates, Matthew's initial and ongoing advise but that should be expected in any building work. The Rossmark difference was the attention to the SMALLEST detail..picking nails and debris from the grass ..we were impressed. The tradesman, the contractors were brilliant. They were very understanding that we were still living in the premises ( with 4 kids, 2 dogs and a cat ! ) and they took time out during the day to answer any questions we had and even suggested alternatives, which showed they that cared about the job.

    Truly built in a professional, outstanding and customer focused manner. Matthew right from the planning stage throughout our top floor addition and on completion showed exceptional focus to guarantee our happiness. The staff and tradesman are outstanding in follow up and quality workmanship, we had an easy transition and total satisfaction and would not hesitate to build with Rosssmark again, my wife and I now live happily ever after!

    Our renovation went better than we could have hoped. From our first meeting with Matthew through to the completion of our house we were thoroughly impressed. The design put forward by Matthew was excellent. ALL the builders and tradesmen who came to work on the house were professional and happy to discuss concerns and our endless questions. We had a small leak during a weekend rain storm (always rains heavily when the roof is off) and three of the team came at 8am Saturday to fix the problem. The end result looks fantastic. I liked the price agreed contract which meant we spent only what we budgeted for. As you can see we were most impressed by every aspect of the project with Rossmark and can honestly say they are one company we would recommend to anyone renovating or building.

    We have just finished our second storey extension through Rossmark, and are absolutely thrilled with the result. We had to live in our house while the reno's where taking place and the Rossmark team made sure that we always felt comfortable while still making sure things got done on time. I believe in using local companies, so the choice wasn't hard, Rossmark has been around in the Shire for a long time and is a family owned company. We would recommend Rossmark without hesitation.

    To all at Rossmark "thank you" for my stunning bathroom renovation. The manner in which the process was conducted, the help I received in selecting the P.C. items, the quality workmanship and the cleaning up at the end of each day by the tradesmen was truly outstanding. I am so thrilled.
