    I live locally and have often had my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. It is conveniently located in the Westfield and has ample parking. About a year ago, the pharmacy often could not supply me with all my prescription items and asked me to return due to lack of stock. I believe during this time a lot of loyal customers like myself were upset due to lack of stock, however the staff were always very polite in situations were they could not supply me with my medicines and did all that they can for me including arranging stock at alternate pharmacies and calling me without fail when my item on order has come in. The staff were working to their ability to endure i had my medicines and i was really grateful for their service despite things that occur out of their control.
    For the past several months I had been going to other pharmacies in the area and although the competitors are able to offer very low prices, they could not give the same shopping experience and professional advice from the pharmacists/nutritionist/ natropath i had gotten at Roy Young. I've since returned my loyalty and recommend my family and friends to shop there too as it seems like their stock shortages are no longer a problem. happy and healthy customer!

    This pharmacy sends catalog every week to home and it has the "beat price" policy, which is if you find any medicine cheaper, they will beat it. I never bother to try that, but have to admit the price is really competitively cheap. It is located on the level 4 near the food court and very convenient for shopping. The staff are really helpful.
