This distinctive venue consists of a beautiful European style restaurant, that has an extensive a la carte menu & ever-changing Chefs Specials.  The public bar has meals from $10 and is popular with corporates for lunch and locals in the evenings.
With a warm, welcoming ambiance the Royal Standard is suitable for families, work gatherings, intimate dinners, social drinks or just watching the footy.  
A seperate Function Room is available or you can have the entire venue (even on a Saturday night).  Packages are available for sit down or fingerfood style events.  No minimum spend or room hire charge.

    Cracking old style pub in Melbourne. Not many of these left nowadays. Huge food helpings at very reasonable prices served by smiling friendly staff. I am going back to this place for sure. Had a talk to the owner, Mark, while I was there and he says there is live Blues Music on Tuesday evenings with a different artist plus a jam session which could be real interesting so might check that out. I went on a Friday and the place was pumping with good selection of music playing through the stereo. I really hope this place survives as it is not far from where I live and I only just discovered it recently.
