The guys at royals in Hornsby are absolutley amazing and i have never received anything but the best in customer service/consultation/result.
Ive had an experience with nearly all of the stylists and they're so skilled, talented and LOVE what they do, highly recommend.. GREAT cut GREAT colour!
Not to mention they make a great cup of coffee. 100 stars out of 10.

I've been a regular at their Castle Hill salon for years. I started coming to their Hornsby salon after my hairdresser moved there. I have never had an issue and have found them to be consistently good. Special attention is taken when it comes to customer service and there is an old school approach in the salon with a genuine warm welcome and attention to detail. I've spoken to the owners many times and they are very particular about making sure every hair cut that leaves is perfect as they consider it to be a walking advertisement of their business. Makes sense to me. Great placein my view but avoid Saturdays as they are usually very busy. I'm off on Sundays and Mondays so that's when I go in.

REALLY DISAPPOINTING!
got a quote $42 for cut and trim, no worries. in the chair and hairdresser tells me he cant cut my hair properly unless its blow dryed, after already washing it... fine, another $20... half way through blow drying my hair he's called away to do extentions, i wait 40mins with half my hair wet, half dry! great cut, fnal price is somehow $69 over 2 hours later... they refuse to the $62 agreeded on. and it cost me an extra $10 in parking because it took so long. great cut, but not worth the wait. and they put the big sell on with all their products, colours and in house beautition which i was totally against.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

  Seriously? Just visit Just Cuts next time and save a few bucks. You might even get a good hair cut if you're lucky. In your own words you had a "great cut". The guys there work their butts off only to have someone like you leave this kind of review over a $7.

  So despite getting a "great cut" you felt you needed to post a negative review because you were charged $7 more than you expected. My advice is visit a Just Cuts and you'll save a few bucks. If you're lucky you might end up with a good haircut.

  a 40min wait in the chair with half wet hair half dry hair while my hairdresser served 4 other customers and a poor quote was REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY OPINION. if that was the amount agreeded on at the start it would have been fine. but it wasnt.

Not the cheapest place to get your hair done but definitely the best in Hornsby. Was a regular at the Castle Hill salon but some of the staff have moved to Hornsby so now I go there instead. Never been disappointed. Thanks guys : )
