my son rebooked a leaner test after failing the frst time we asked the teller to book for 3.30 on the following day.my son noticed at school that they put down 12.30 he tried to call rta however was on the phone for 20min then teacher took his phone off him. we spoke to teller and he said he cant do anything so i spoke to superviser who was king ping and was so rude basically saying bad luck even though it was the rta's mistake. i asked for an address as i wanted to write a letter.read more
The staff are mostly all with attitude and don't like to explain things . They never smile, and always seem in a fowl mood. I have only ever had one decent worker there and was very kind....but I think they have. There is a person , really nasty one, and is very intimating to those kids going for their license. Get your act together and remember you are all hired to assist people with joy. Not make customers feel intimidated.
I TOTALY UNDERSTAND THE EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE HAD THEY ARE VERY RUDE
