    Ricky took time to explain what he was doing and was happy to answer questions as he went about his work and made honest recommendations about future work required. Ricky arrived on time with a courtesy call 20 minutes earlier to state he was on his way and I was very happy with the quality of work and pricing. Recommending him to friends as good plumbers hard to find.

    we have been searching for a plumber for a while now, & boy i wished i looked here a few weeks ago!!

    Being new to the Pakenham area, and not knowing anyone to ask about a good local plumber, I jumped on truelocal and saw all the reviews for RTF Plumbing. I called Ricky to install my dishwasher. He was lovely; he installed the dishwasher in no time and was really helpful and really polite. Very reasonably priced as well. Would not hesitate in using Ricky again and again. Highly recommend him.

    What great service and customer care. I rang Ricky at 5:30pm he arrived at 7am the next day as advised he gave us great advise and choices. We requested a new hot water service and it was installed within 24hours at a great price. Ricky shows great customer care and respect and I will now only use his plumbing service.
