RU-CO offers an extensive list of signature martinis, margaritas and classic cocktails.

With warm, rich tones and dramatic sculpture artworks, RU-CO features a stunning courtyard and an exclusive private area next to the fireplace. RU-CO offers an extensive list of signature martini's, margaritas and classic cocktails, as well as an impressive list of single malt whiskeys and cognacs, and a wine list draw from the 2700 premium bottle wine room.


RU-CO offers a Happy Hour from Monday to Thursday nights from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, with selected wines at $10 per glass. All other beverages are offered at a 15% discount. On Wednesday and Thursday evenings, ladies can also enjoy $15 premium cocktails.

    Great bar in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt. Definitely stop by when in Melbourne CBD for a drink. Open til late. Good options.

    If you enter the Grand Hyatt from Collins St, Ru-Co is up the stairs on your right before you enter the hotel lobby area. Not very often you find a great place to have pre/post dinner drinks that is large enought you dont have to stand around waiting for somewhere to sit (or stand). Ru-Co offers table service and a running tab and have a fantastic selection of anythiung from cocktails to fine whiskey.

    RU-CO is certainly not what you would expect from a hotel bar – dark, moody, sexy with warm tones, stunning artwork and a swanky private function area surrounding a dramatic open fireplace. With a 2700 premium-bottle wine room, extensive cocktail list and tasty bar-snack menu it is worthy of being classed as one of the city’s best hang-out venues and provides some fairly good celeb spotting opportunities as well.
