Rubyos is an innovative restaurant that promotes "grazing" where all meals are designed to be shared. The cuisine is contemporary Australian with influences from all around the globe, whether it be New York style chat potatoes, Moroccan tagine of chicken, or a platter of French cheeses. All of this in a stylish setting with a separate cocktail lounge.

Rubyos is somewhere we always go for celebratory dinners. The staff are great and we love the idea of modern aussie style tapas. The menu changes per season but some of the favorites are still on the menu, like the pork belly (yum). A great plae to go for a nice meal and attentive service.

Love it. Heaps of great things to order, lots of little things instead of bigger meals. And the staff are great. Costs a little more, but well worth it.

Different arrangement with ordering, lots of little thins as opposed to one big meal each, but it works really well. More expensive than most in Newtown but worth it. Tr it.
