1st time I went there for an insurance claim, they stuffed my paint work with over spray and paint runs and the rear windscreen seals wouldn't fit properly.

2nd time I went there for a personal repair, they tried to charge me double for what they quoted me before, to which they said: "the price wasn't what we thought it was" I REFUSE to ever go there again!

The staff are extremely rude, if you ever question something on the quote or receipt they snap at you. Plenty of other, cheaper smash repairs around here. Reputation that I thought they had has gone!

  I have had my vehicle repaired there more than once through insurance and have never had an issue. The staff were always bubbly and helpful. My car was the cleanest its ever been when i picked it up and i could not fault the repairs. I would have no issue using them tomorrow and reccomend them to everyone...... :)

  I read what you said brodz64 and I hear what your saying let me tell you about the first time I took a car to rudds after a p plater with a very small iq ran into my wife's car  whilst my wife was stationary at a shopping centre they done such a fantastic job on that little car when a ken worth truck ran up the back of my brand new Nissan I went back to have it fixed at rudds now as I expected my car has come away from rudds and it looks like I just brought it off the show floor again they are undoubtedly the best panel beaters I have seen in a long time the pride and care they take in there work is 2nd to none.so maybe you should take a hard long look at yourself instead of other people and no they are not related to me I was just very very happy that they had done such a professional job on both of our cars. So stop whining if you have a problem with not only rudds but anyone else that does work for you. You will find that it is better practice to talk to them
