Very unfriendly staff and very rude management. You cant always blame the customer on faulty products.I too was told I am using the wrong oil/fuel when funny enough i got the oil from their store which was recommended by them and the petrol I used was from where they get their petrol.I strongly dont recommend going here as I have had nothing but problems.Its sad to see how low customer service can go

DO NOT recommend.
Went to them for lawnmower 2 months old, used 3 times and they claimed I used E10 oil so that voided the warranty. Also, despite the so called "CSI" lawnmower expert review, they claimed the engine oil I used was not recognisable, yet it was the very same engine oil as the lawn mower, and the store actually sold it! I shouwed them the picture of the oil bottle and they claimed that is not proof enough. So after forced to pay them to get my mower back, raised this to the mower company themselves and they said we should have contacted them before, which I did, but was told to take it to local dealer. The lawn mower (Victa) can say pass to their dealer, and dealer makes up whatever they want and charges you. Oh well at least it was not that expensive and the lawnmower seems to work now. My advice, document what oil you buy and keep receipts, and dont go here...

Attended this shop with a very old mower. Staff were more than happy to help. Told me of the look over fee, and fees and charges for their services. They were honest enough to tell me the mower was going to cost too much too repair and didn't go ahead with the repairs.
Gave me a few good tips too, mixing up 2 stroke, checking this and that. I will be re-attending their shop to buy a second hand mower off them.

I run a small business providing property maintenance. My first visit to the shop and was greeted by very unfriendly staff. No negotiations for servicing fees and when giving advice was very abrupt and rude. Asked about how long servicing would take, was simply advised they were 4 day behind in work and that was that!!!!! Basically staff was not interested in taking on new business. Can't see myself going there again even thought it is local and handy for the business.>>>
