    Ryde Motor Group has been the been the most horrible experience I've ever dealt with. They promised my vehicle in about 2 weeks. And i received it finally after 15 weeks!!!! They never contacted me even once after i paid the deposit. I had ring them so many times just to see what was going on, and its impossible to contact anyone, as my dealer was always 'on Leave' or hasnt "come to work" today. Forget customer service, the staff was almost rude when trying to deal with them. I tried contacting senior management, they're are even worse.
    Getting a new vehicle has to be a positive experience, Ryde Motor Group has made it a bad!

      Did you look in the Warranty and Service Passport? Mine said that the Pre-delivery Inspection was done 1 day after i paid the deposit. That is pretty amazing since they said the reason for the delay is the car is not in the country yet. In other words, it wasn't true. I could have had my car in less than a week, but they made me wait for 6 weeks. When i asked them about the discrepancy, they ignored me.

    When I was looking to get a car, the staff were helpful. They called and emailed me, overall keeping me informed. Before I signed the contract, they said the car is at the docks, and will take 2 weeks to get through all the paper work and be delivered to me.
    A week later, I emailed them asking if the car is on schedule, and was told the car is going to be delivered in 5 weeks. Suddenly 2 weeks wait became 6 weeks wait. I emailed them saying I was not happy. I haven't gotten a reply.
    This is the sixth week and I still haven't heard from them. Meanwhile, the other staff are calling me, trying to sell me rust protection, tinting, etc...
    All the helpful calls and email stopped as soon as they got my deposit. Seems like once you sign the contract, they don't feel like they need to keep up their end of bargain.

      I hope you didnt get Finance (Nissam Finance Service) from them. Any discount they offer for your vehicle will included in fees. Theres nothing much we can do about it after we've paid the deposit. We asked if there were any exit fees they said none, and in the contract there was $700 as early termination fees.

    Went to purchase a new car, just looking around, i deceided to look closer to the I30 walked around a bit and then a sales man approched me ( he didnt jump on me like a hawk when you first walk in) a bonus for me i do like a little time to look. Asked for information on the I30 and finance they use. Was given all the information sat down with the finance manager to look at some option had another look at the car decided to buy it. well expected delievery date 25th march and hasnt arrived as they sold out in australia new shipment arrives on the 5 th april. hoping for a call soon. I will let you know how the sale went. and even the after sale service. but so far a plus for them for helping me look and answered all my questions without any problems.
