    I went there a few times (I don't know why), the last time there were 4 people involved with my hair, so every time I had to re-explain what needed doing. It is more of a nightclub than a relaxing beauty experience and the staff is more interested in telling stories to each other than communicating with their clients. My 3 x I had bleach done where all completely different, so I have different shades of blonde on my head and paid someone to do this?! I definitely won't be going back, it is very unprofessional.

    1. The first time I went and had my hair done here they had opened only a couple of weeks before - so the 45min wait I thought would be a once off kind of thing because they were still fairly new - anyways I had to leave early with wet unfinished hair and my hair looked nothing like what I asked for.

    2. Second time I went there I was seated for 3.5 hours and only around 4 sentences were said to me in that whole time - I had very limited reading material - my hair had to be re-done after it was finished, because it wasn't what I agreed on. Then I was told after my dye had set that it would need to be in for longer (this want the case, there was just no one available to remove the dye).

    Very Disappointing!!
