    Today I went to s&s hairdressers in toowong shopping centre and it was th worst and most painful experience of my life. I was there for a wash and blow-dry and you would except that it would be relaxing and refreshing. But it was quite the opposite.

    The service was bad. The staff kept leaving and doing something else while another lady took over. So I had a different person washing my hair, and a different person putting cream in and another person blow drying.

    The worst part was when the women used the round hair brush and pulled my hair tight upwards. I actually said ow and cringed every time the staff did it. Then the staff said oh I have to do it tight so it wouldn't look fuzzy. Why would they keep doing when they could see I was in pain the whole time? I asked them to be more gentle but they kept on pulling my hair. It felt like my hair was ripping from my scalp. By the end, I had a head ache and the worst hair style then when I came in. My head was actually pounding from the pain.

    I should have just left in the beginning and paid the 35 dollars. It wasn't worth sitting through the pain.

    Please don't expect any quality service here.
