THE BEST HAIRCUT EVER!!!!!!! Its seems that no one can cut my long thick hair (layers) and after many bad experiences in the past, i have finally found someone who can cut my type of hair. I highly recommend Saba..and would like to thank Helene for fixing my hair....and saving my long locks. (after 3 years of trying to grow it out). Definitely coming back....:)) -

Helene the salon owner at Saba Hair contacted me after reading my first review on this site and explained the exceptional circumstances that led to my first not so great experience detailed below. She offered me the chance to come back in free of charge and experience the salon the way it normally operates. Having written a negative view this was a little daunting, but I took the opportunity and it was well worth it this time around. The salon was full and buzzing and the staff were so friendly and fun. Helene did an amazing job with the colour direction, I had THE best head massage at basin, and Katrina gave me the perfect blow-dry. Walked away so happy with the final result and saw some amazing colour jobs on other people in the salon too. Definitely recommend the salon now! Thanks for inviting me back Helene! -

OMG...MIRACLE WORKERS! The team at Saba Hair provide the BEST service in a friendly, non-intimidating and super relaxing environment! In particular, Helene, the salon owner, is an absolute miracle worker with all facets of hairdressing, in particular colour correction. Thank you! x She has a fabulously friendly and helpful team who always strive their best to please be it from yummy coffees to amazing colours! Adore Saba Hair and highly recommend this salon...ps. i am extremely fussy and have always left Saba Hair ECSTATIC! LOVE! -

The staff at this salon were very friendly, however, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received, and the subsequent cost. I went in with existing balayage (hair just above shoulder length) and regrowth wanting to freshen up the colour and tone the light balayage. The staff applied colour to the regrowth and blended it with the existing balayage. This was then washed out at the basin and another colour was roughly applied to the tips, left on for 5 mins, rinsed and followed by a 30sec treatment. There was no head massage at the basin, but perhaps it is not a standard at this salon? My hair was then lightly dried to display the colour and I chose not to have a blow dry or cut. The price for this service was $180, just $50 less than I had paid for the original balayage, cut and blowdry in a city salon. -

I've had my hair permanently straightened at Saba hair each year for the last 4 years and I have to say, they do a brilliant job (obviously why I keep going back!) The staff are great and the vibe is fun but at the end of the day, the most important thing is the result and be it hair straightening, a cut or just a blow dry (I don't dye my hair... yet!), I've not been disappointed once. Highly recommend this salon if you're in the parramatta area -

Hey everyone,
I was recommended by a friend to go to Saba Hair in Parramatta and it was such a great decision. Everyone is so friendly and so nice and so good at their jobs. I was so happy with my hair and have now permanently changed to this Salon. Helene is such a sweet heart and took care of me so well. They also sell nice jewellery and made me a really good hot chocolate. The next time I went back to Saba hair i dramatically changed the colour of my hair from brown to white blonde and it is in excellent condition and looks amazing with a new awesome short hair cut! Everyone should go there and check it out its awesome.
