I went to Saba after reading all the great reviews, but to be honest, I was unbelievably disappointed. I'm a natural brunette who's gone very blonde. A few weeks ago I had a full head of foils (at a different salon) to take care of my regrowth - incredibly expensive, as you can imagine. I went in to Saba hair about a week and a half after that, asking if they could help me get just a bit more of a natural blonde, so the regrowth wouldn't be quite so stark. I also said I didn't want the colour too warm. What I came out with was a dark reddish-brown. Absolutely nothing like I had requested. The following day I went in to see what could be done to fix it (and I'll give the team credit, they seated me straight away and I was in for about two hours). When I left this time, the colour was slightly lighter, but still very warm and not at all the 'ashy' blonde I requested. Honestly, I feel like I've been ripped off almost $300 (as my foils seem entirely pointless given the present colour), and all the time and effort I had put into going blonde over the last 6 months. Not only that, I feel so much less confident in myself with this new colour, and I'm going to have to spend hundreds of dollars lightening it again. Really quite unbelievable.
