I couldn't be happier. I've been cutting my own hair for 10 years due to the fact that no matter how many high end salons I went to. Not one hair dresser would listen to what I was after. Often at times doing exactly what I had said not to do. Last week I was faced with one crazy dreadlock that took over most my head. I went to this stylist with my emergency. With not much for him to play with after having no choice but to cut out the dreadlock. He still did exactly what I asked for and had a real understanding of what I was after. I say the whole time without a doubt. Walked out with a smile on my face. I will definitely be going back to this stylist for future cuts and colours. -

No risk, no reward i kept telling myself as i picked up the phone to book myself into a new hair salon... Wow, what a reward! Sadler Prahran is fantastic! A great friendly environment, reasonable prices (including specials) and truly talented staff. Chad cut and colored my hair.. I'd read a rumour that he's a genius... Well I can confirm, the rumour is true! :) -

From the moment I entered the Salon, I was taken care of! I can be a somewhat nightmare client, because my hair has a mind of it's own, and can present a challenge for the mere mortals of the hair salon world. Chad, an absolute genius as a colourist, matched perfectly the shade of highlights I requested, not an easy task, and blended them perfectly for my skin tone. He really listens to the client, but has the expertise to know what will suit. Laura then took on the task of cutting my very long, unruly curly hair. She has given me the absolute best haircut of my life and it's been just as easy to maintain at home, as it was in the salon. I am more than pleased with the whole experience, and left at the end of my appointment floating on air. Do yourself a favour, and book your next appointment with these guys! Stephen also gave a complimentary assessment, and ongoing advice as to how to maintain the style, and all three were friendly and approachable. I walked out with hair that far exceeded my expectations, and cant thank them enough!!! You guys are awesome! -

Absolutely LOVE Sadler Hair. Chad was fantastic - perfect colour and cut. Salon has an awesome relaxed vibe and I was treated like a princess. AND loved the $20 off my service. They also do a really good loyalty card. Easy parking and great location. -

After years of not ever feeling very happy with my hair colour and cuts (and spending hundreds going to the supposed Best Salons in Melbourne, only to walk out with damaged locks and unnatural, unflattering colour), I took a leap of faith in these reviews and contacted Sadler Hair. After a free consultation that Laura and Stephen both conducted, I came out feeling positive that we had a plan to get my streaky, damaged, brassy, unnatural highlights on track to repair. Three weeks after my 1/2 head highlights and trim, I could not be happier. For the first time in YEARS, my dark blonde hair looks natural, sun kissed, shiny and complements my skin tone perfectly. Laura was very particular and precise with my foils and I cannot complement her work more highly. Stephen gave me a beautiful cut (medium length with long layers) that makes the most of my fine hair. They also recommended a home care plan to get my hair back to looking fabulous- a state that is has not been in since my last child was born three years ago. Since my first visit to Sadler, I have gone from wanting to shave my head to getting compliments about my hair. -

I'm a busy mother of one and was desperately seeking a change from my usual 'brown' do.... Thank god I found Stephen and Laura! I absolutely LOVE my new copper hair!! The compliments keep on coming! I found Sadler Hair to be professional and knowledgeable - Laura understood what tones would suit my complexion and Stephens incredible skill and attention to detail when cutting my hair was second to none. My story is like so many other ladies I know; I use to go from hairdresser to hairdresser never feeling like they understood what I want and always walking out feeling less than happy with the result. I am very happy to say that is a thing of the past now that I've found Laura and Stephen at Sadler. Every time I have walk out of their salon they have achieved exactly what I am after and I've always been incredibly happy with the results, be it with the colour and or cut by Laura or Stephens styling, which I've had for the past two Melbourne Cup days. They truly are an amazing team who listen to what you want and make you feel incredibly comfortable whilst their achieving it. I couldn't recommend them enough! Thanks guys! -

I have finally found the salon for me!! Tucked away in the backstreet's of Prahran this gorgeous little boutique salon has delivered me two extremely professional and experienced hairdressers that are not overpriced and overrated!
For the first time in years I have walked away with EXACTLY what I wanted without feeling rushed, or being passed through a million different staff members. There were no false promises and I was consulted in a simple easy to understand manner that allowed me to feel as though I knew what I was going to walk away with before we had even started.
Laura gave me the most beautiful colour- Summery and Sun kissed! Stephen also did an amazing job of my cut and blow wave. I now feel confident and sexy... Thanks guys!!!!!! -

Laura has been cutting and colouring my sister and my hair for 6 or 7 years, we have never been disappointed. Her skill and precising is second to none, she knows what styles and colour suit us and will always be honest when making her consultation. Laura is constantly updating her portfolio with new techniques; this enables her to provide her clients with of the latest trends seen all over the fashion mags. It is simply the best salon in Melbourne. My sister and I have been a regular in this salon for almost 2 years running.. Never gonna go anywhere else...
