Our standards are high and will report all concerns to the homeowner no matter how small the problem is. We will try to rectify any small issues whilst we are on site and always have a supervisor available for staff and customer help at all times. Any serious problems will be reported directly to the supervisor and dealt with immediately. We will contact the installers who insulated your home on your behalf to correct any issues or we can offer to have the insulation repaired by our qualified team.

You will receive a written report of any dangers including a condition of insulation report. The duration of the inspection usually takes 30 to 45 minuits and can save your home, health and even your life.
