    These guys are MAC guru's. I spilt coke on the keyboard and everything started to get sticky, what a nightmare until I called safemode. They cleaned it all up, no more sticky coke keys. Thx

    I run a successful online shoes company and the other morning I arrived to the office to find that our website server had crashed and it wouldn?t turn back on. I then had this realisation that my business had come to a complete stop, I was freaking out! (Lucky I have a iPhone with Google) I rang safemode computers and explained to them where I was at. Tech James listened and took my problem by the horns and quickly came up with a smart solution, James arrived within 30 minutes of the call. He pulled out his laptop and connected it to the backup hard drive box (lucky for backups) he started to do his thing, after a few minutes he explained to me that he had just uploaded my website backup files to the safemode cloud server service and that my business would be online and back to normal within minutes, I couldn't believe it! After a few minutes we were back online. James also recommended that we leave our business on the cloud server because we would never experience this problem again. He explained that because the cloud sever is in a secure data center and is powered by the latest equipment that it is consistently backing up and has a 99.9% uptime and that I don't need to fix my existing problem equipment or buy expensive server equipment or stress over computer problems ever again, all for around $200 per month. I thought this must have been an omen showing me the way. James not only saved my business on that day but also showed me a new way to run the most important tool in my business, not to mention the money I saved on the day and in the future. I totally recommend safemode to any person

    Saturday service, I couldn't believe it!! The tech couldn't fix the problem because he wasn't carrying my type of power supply with him. He took my computer away with him and returned it fixed on Monday afternoon. The best part about it was there was no extra charge for the Saturday callout, I will definitely call on these guys again in the future

    After finding out my motherboard was fried, the technician went above and beyond what was required as he offered extra advice and info on possible up-grades to save the most amount of money. The upgrade option cost me a little over $250 and was ready the next day. My pc is now super fast and like new and it didn't cost that much, thanks to the boys at safemode
