    Wow!!!!!! What can I say, I have been to this restaurant a few times and feel that we are really well looked after, my children loved the play room, the food was exceptional..... Love the shanks!!! Anyone who lives in this area should male this there first choice when considering a family nite out for a meal.

    extremely rude staff, have to ask them for service...then they ussually roll eyes at you for asking for service. I am a local and I have been about 6 times, each time thinking i got staff on a bad day, but clearly not...they are just rude.

    Not good, a staff there, is rude, very blunt and unaccommodating.
    Meal was very bland the menu hasn't changed in ages, we are locals and won't be going back.
    The other wait staff were very friendly though.

    Arrogant, Rude Management, Hair in food!!
    Went there on NYE for a nice family dinner with friends. Firstly the tiny chicken parma was super dry and about half the size of most other places.
    I then found a hair on my chip, which i couldnt complain about really because i know these things happen at even the best of places.
    After telling the friendly staff about the hair, i had the management come out and was the rudest most arrogant ive ever met, they tried telling me the hair was rosemary!! LOL Everyone at our table were in shock, it was 100% a hair, i've been cooking with herbs and rosemary for years and certainly know the difference between a human hair and rosemary.
    I will never eat there again, so many other better places around

      I was there NYE, and again the staff were wonderful, but was seated next to a group that i found very rude, not only to staff, but everyone around them, with their loud, rude attitudes and manners.

    Good place to take the kids,it has a park so the adults can relax a bit,good food have not not been disappointed yet

    Amazing! I found this restaurant about two years ago and it has become the family's favorite place to go for dinner, or even just a coffee and cake with the kids. They love the playground and having seating where we can keep an eye on them is wonderful.
    The staff have always been so nice. The floor wait staff always greet us with a smile. Its good having a meal in such a friendly environment.
    I highly suggest this place to anyone looking for a nice night out.

    Went with another family that also has 2 kids for dinner last night as the restaurant has a large playground only to find that the owner was not very kid friendly at all. A few times the playground door didn't shut due to getting stuck on the rubber matting and the owner went up in a huff and slammed it shut. Then she also yelled at my young son for climbing on the furniture when he climbed up to sit on a chair!!! Obviously they dont' like children in their restaurant so get rid of the playground and kid friendly menu!!
