    Saigon Rose is one of Chapels Sts best value restaurants. iThis must be the reason that it is hard to get a seat here on a Saturday night.

    Their lemon chicken and salt and pepper calamari, both at $14, is well portioned and very good quality.

    Their beef in coconut sauce, at $13, is not only well priced, but excellent.

    The service is friendly, efficient and personal.

    When do you read a review and it is true? Well Saigon Rose is simply cheap and cheerful. I have visited several times and the food is consistent. Just spot on Vietnamese.
