    I am so greateful that I was able to get my bridesmaid dress altered to fit in just one week, after having left it til the last minute. It looks fantastic now and fits perfectly. I was in such a flap when I took it in to the store, and nearly in tears when told it might not be fixable. However the seamstress got it sorted for me. I much prefer to put my trust in a local dressmaker than a city chain store who I'm sure would have charged me much more and probably not done such a nice job.

    RUDE RUDE RUDE!! I went here years ago to ask about a beaded top I wanted taken in & she basically said it would be too difficult & cost a ridiculous price more than what I paid. I got it done just fine for $15 in Footscray in the end. Today I rang to ask about a dress & some jeans I want taken up. As soon as she got on the phone she did not allow me to ask any questions or talk at all & just continued her spiel loudly & rudely saying if I want to bring the clothes in she can give me a price but she gives no prices or info over the phone that I should bring the items in & then said thank u & hung up!!! I have never experienced this in my life. Who would want to come into this store after being ignored & spoken over in this way & then hung up on? Not me, I'd rather wear ill fitted clothes.
