love this place. if i am in the area, I always have to drop in to pick up the freshly baked buns. They bake everthing daily. My partner loves their mango pancakes. No other place or restaurant makes them as good as this place. Big chunks of mango, some sponge cake and cream. They are big. The strawberry and bananas ones aren't as good as the mango ones. Always love the cocktail buns and BBQ Pork buns. The place is always packed and if you are not familiar with how the place works it can be a bit daunting. Basically you grab a tray and tongs and get what you like and put it on your tray, leave the tongs with the other ones and then take your tray up to the lady and they will pack it for you.

A great tip for all those looking to be a delicious but affordable special occassion cake. They do a great taro fresh cream cake. and at 2 pounds for $26 it's a bargain! They are also well known for their yummy fresh cream mango or banana pancakes. Mmm!

This chinese bakery is always chock full of customers eagerly topping up their trays.
While the breads are probably average this place is best for the cute little sticky rice dumplings that line the shop window. Filled with strawberry, mango or custard (there are also coffee, peanut, green tea and bean paste versions)and covered in shredded coconut. Vaguely sweet but not sickly, they are a real treat. Also the curry puffs here are to die for -- but get in early; they go quickly and there's hardly any left by lunch time. Also great for take-home packs of steamed pork buns.

This place offers a wide selection of bread and cakes with reasonably cheap price. Do not expect a high-quality standard bread/ cake from this place considering the price. But comparing this place to other bread outlet in the area, you can see why you will come back here again and again - good price.
