Salt of the Earth provided the catering for my daughters 21st birthday party. We ended up choosing 22 different menu items an enormously difficult project to manage for over 100 guests. Each menu item was presented with precision and care. The vegetarians in the crowd were quickly identified by Renata and Kirsten and well looked after. Every guest I have spoken to since the party has again complimented me on the catering. I could not be happier with Hannah, Jo and the girls.
