The best hot chocolate's I've ever had! I've tried two the hot and cold recommended by staff - a thick hot chocolate with a scoop of white chocolate ice cream, and the white hot chocolate. You can watch the churros cooked to order as you wait in line, and they taste fresh compared to pre-prepared churros served in take away churro shops. The prices are dear - around Max Brenner expensive, but the servings are big, the churros for two would have been enough for the 3 of us. Service was friendly, and quick. The hot chocolate's made me a regular. -

As a chain cafe, San Churros does the trick in kerbing a chocolate craving. The service is friendly, the location perfect for an after dinner dessert or a short walk after a movie at the nearby Westfield shopping centre.
On my last visit I ordered a milk hot chocolate, with my friends ordering a Raspberry Rumba milkshake and a hazelnut hot chocolate. We all agree that the hot chocolate is best here, made thick from real chocolate so it feels more like a warm meal than a thin drink. We also enjoyed a couple of chocolate dipped strawberries, a little treat that was sweet and cold, a beautiful combination.
The atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon is family friendly, with cosy upstairs seating as well as indoor downstairs and outside with wicker chairs.
It's not an amazing discovery, but San Churros certainly excels at what it aims to be, a chocolate cafe with amazing hot chocolate on offer.
