    Very happy with the service here. They look after you and despite other reviews I didn't find them pushy at all.

    Had my hair cut and coloured here for the first time a few weeks ago. The staff were very friendly, however pushed products non stop to me during cut - please back off on new customers it made me feel so uncomfortable. I was also given a treatment and toner, extra $50 plus on top of cut and colour costs without first being asked if the additional cost was ok. If you are happy paying for a $300+ haircut then this is your place. If you want a relaxing cut with no sales push in your face don't go here. Ensure you clarify costs upfront!

    Went here to grab some shampoo before going on holidays. Not only did I get that, but also had foils, cut and treatment.
    Great new vacation look. Will be back after the safari.

    A Men's Hair Cut - that is not a Men's Hair Cut???
    Coffee, scalp massage, great cut, good mags and a laugh!!!
    Was harassed by my girlfriend to switch from my reg. barber and would never go back. Totally spoiled. Love ya babe for the suggestion.

    I didn't have a good experience here at all. The stylist seemed disinterested when I was telling them what kind of cut I wanted and as a result I wasn't at all happy. I had also asked them about having my hair coloured next time I came in and wanted a rough idea of what would suit me, I had a photo of the kind of colour and highlights I would like. They were very dismissive and as I walked around to the front desk to pay I caught the staff telling to another staffs saying that just because I get my hair coloured like the woman in the photo doesn't mean I will end up looking like her. I smiled and paid for my haircut never to return again.

    I couldn't make my regular hairdresser for a style blowdry and usually do it myself given i've worked in a salon prevoiusly but I felt like treating myself prior to a function in the afternoon. I went to another salon in Horbsby westfied, and WOW! a hairdresser that can't style blow dry hair! Isn't that one of the fundamentals of hairdressing? I asked for a style blowdry, just straight, not too hard. What I got was a shampoo and condition, fine, an excuse for a towel dry (my hair was dripping wet whilst sitting in the chair) and alot of frizz for a style. I honestly thought they were just drying it in preparation for the style but I couldn't take it anymore and needed to ask if this was the end result. I was shocked to find out it was. I offered to pay for the sevrices rendered but they didn't need me too which was the only good thing about the experience. I quickly looked for another salon at westfield that could accomodate my urgency given I was now running late and another 2 salons where shocked when I showed them the works of another salon. Finally I hound Sanctuary Hair. They too were shocked. Thankyou Sanctury hair for my resscue. Salon results for minimal cost and Bridget was fantastic.

    I am a client of Sanctuary for hair & body & I love it..All the girls really know what their doing & they listen too... Natalie & Zelda in the beauty rooms look after me so well. I now have Photo facials regularly to help my skin & I can really see the results.
    I get comments on my hair all the time,my hairdresser is so clever.Glen you make my hair so easy to look after, you're great!

    I was in Sanctuary for hair and body only a week ago and my experience was excellent.
    I had booked in for my first Photofacial.
    Previous to my appointment I came in and was greeted by Zach in the most inviting, friendly and professional manner. When I enquired about services in facial treatrments he informed me on what facials they offered and clear and certain prices, after confirming these he reffered me to Natalie who confirmed that the photofacial would have been the best service for my needs.
    Natalie was preppared for me when I arrived and I wasn't kept waiting for too long.
    Before my service Natalie explained the entire service before commencing. During the service she let me know what was happening and the benefits of what she was doing.
    This was a completely new service for me and she eased and relaxed my mind quickly by sharing step by step of what I was paying for.
    The facial felt surprisingly relaxing but what I was most impressed wiith were the results! I recommend you try the photofacial, I've taken up a promotion thats on at the moment and am booked in for the next 6 treatments.
    My face looks amazing! wrinkles decreased! mission being accomplished!
    Everyone at work keep asking me if I've had a new haircut! I'm looking more youthful and feeling so much better!
    I want to thank the team for being thorough, honest and making me feel like I was cared about and not just a number.
    I'm so happy!

    I have been visiting the salon for about a year now and can honestly say that every single time i have been there, whether it is for hair or beauty services, i have been given nothing but the best service. Friendly staff who are very attentive to your every need.
    5 star service withiout a doubt.

    I've been a client with Sanctuary for hair and body for over 4years and had nothing but excellent service!! The staff are always very welcoming and friendly and are always willing to discuss any ideas I've had about my hair or any other treatments always helping me to achieve the best outcome.. I always walk out of the salon feeling absolutely fantastic and looking fantastic.. I recommend Sanctuary to everyone I know.. In fact i actually travel over an hour and abit every 6weeks to go to Sanctuary as I have never had a better experience anywhere else I have been..
    Basically to sum this review up the staff at SANCTUARY FOR HAIR AND BODY are an amazing group of people and I love going there!
    They will always have me as a loyal client <3
