    Jodi and Joseph use are amazing! make me laugh so much when i come in! love it, best hairdressers ive come across, love that if i cant get in with one i can get in with the other! could spend the whole day there with you guys.

    The management at the Castle Hill store told me that Kerastase Fibre Architecte a product that they sold me was a thermal protector I asked another 3 hair salons and looked up this product on the kerastase website and it is not. Why does this management give inacurate information to customers? Are they just trying to flog off old stock? When I simply questioned them about this they got rude at me. Worst customer service experience of my life.

    The best of the best! There is not one thing I can fault about this salon. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The stylists are well educated and you can have a great chat with them. My favourites are Halla and Joseph I can garauntee you they both do the most amazing head wash and blow dry AND I never want to leave because I love chatting to them as well.They always try to fit you in and genuinely care. Unfortunately I have moved to the eastern suburbs there is no salon that will meet the standards that Sanctuary for hair met .... will definitely be visiting soon!

    Went and had my hair cut here for the first time since I moved to Sydney, was extremely nervous as he didnt look very old and thought i might get my hair chopped but! He cut my hair and
    reassured me that my hair will look the best it has been. He was right! He done a fantastic job I've been so happy. My hair has not been this good even from my hairdresser out of state. Will defiantly be going back to him!

    Extremely rude management. They did not want to hear what I had to say, cut me off mid-sentence and walked away. Later when I called up to complain, they cut me off again and hung up on me. I will never go back and will be telling others not to, as well. Very poor service.

      I totally agree with you Management was rude to me too. said it was a heat protector and when i told them i asked other hair salons and I was told its not a heat protector. Beware the management and buying any products from this store

    A really exceptional salon and great value for money. It's always a great treat to go when I'm feeling a bit down. I sip my soy-cappucino with a little biscuit, or the water with lemon that they always bring as well. They have massage chairs on for you while you are having your hair washed and you can just drift off into another world. Most importantly, they've got talented hairdressers who take their work seriously so it's very relaxing - you know you're going to have a good result. It's light-years ahead of even the ultra-expensive Eastern suburbs salons in every respect. I'm so glad we've got this gem in Castle Hill.

    I LOVE IT HERE. great staff, friendly people, the young gentleman gave me an amazing head massage. his been trained well. love every minute there when i get my hair done ! MUST GO!!!!!!!!!

    every time i have been to this salon i have had the best experience. Not only do i walk out looking amazing the service while im there makes me feel really welcome. Really great atmosphere, very friendly and proffessional. I am very picky with my colour and they have gotten it right everytime! LOVE this place!

    I was so excited when I discovered this salon, every time i'm there the staff make me feel very welcome and that nothing is to much trouble. I have been a loyal customer for many years now and I would not go anywhere else. Pricing is spot on and their coffee is too. I always leave feeling better than how I arrived. Outstanding.

    I've been going to this salon since it opened and have never been dissapointed. All the staff are really lovely and actually listen to what I want, plus as an added bonus they have fabulous massage chairs and great coffee. Never walk out of there feeling less than wonderful!
