    This place is horrible and not professional at all. I am utterly disappointed in my time and money I wasted on this place. Please do not be fooled by these reviews. Staffs are pleasant enough but services are a no no..

    I must say that when I found Sandra's beauty studio I was not 100% sure being so hidden from view I did not know what to expect, as soon as I walked through the door I was pleasantly surprised, I was greeted by a beautiful girl Kim (I'm sure that's what her name was) her and all the staff there were fantastic so professional in every way! I came in to get a manicure and pedicure with shellac, Don't be fooled by the low price, just because it's cheap does not mean the quality is compromised it was the complete opposite, one of the best manicures and pedicures I have ever had! Thank you ladies you will be seeing me again soon!!!

    I came to Sandra's on a groupon for a set of eyelashes as I had a function coming up and I had never had them before I thought why not, my lashes looked great I was so happy when they were finished, exactly how I wanted them! A few days later I went to get my makeup professionally done, only to have the makeup artist comment on the quality of work that went into my lashes, she continued to say that they were the best she had seen and wanted to know where I had them done. I am pleased to say that I have told many people about this amazing studio and it's amazing professional and friendly staff and will keep coming back!!!�

    I recently just went to sandras studio with a voucher for a manicure and pedicure it was the most amazing service I have ever done the staff was lovely, the place was spotless I don't even think I saw a speck of dirt. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend for everyone to go there! I won't go anywhere else now. :) thanks for making my day xxx

    I bought a Scoopon for eyelash extensions and was a bit nervous about using it as a friend had already warned me against going to this establishment. I rushed back to the Gold Coast from my work in Brisbane only to have to wait in the chair for an hour for my appointment as they were "short staffed". I had to listen to people (customers and staff) talking absolute tripe whilst silently fuming that I had to wait so long to be looked after. I did not feel comfortable the whole time I was there and the place does not give off a professional vibe at all. I understand "relaxed" but when you're messing around with people's eyes etc a degree of care should be taken to make clients feel at ease. My eyes burned from the glue (which has never happened to me before with eyelash extensions) and I had to be fanned for about 20 minutes until the glue dried and my eyes stopped watering. The end result looked okay but it certainly wasn't worth all of the eyelashes of my own i lost as a result of the fake ones!!

    I have been going to Sandra's since October 2011 and absolutely love Sandra, Belle, Kim and the staff! I highly recommend them for lashes, nails and all the services they offer! It is very relaxed environment and everybody is real not fake! Love you Ladies!! great experience every time! Mwah!

    i've been going to sandras for about 6 months now and i can't get enough of it! the staff are the best and great at what they do. i have never been treated so well by such a lovely team and had such great services done at affordable prices. i recently went in for teeth whitening and i just can not get over the difference it has made! i recommend everyone to go to this salon as you can't get a better experience! love it girls and keep up the great work! :)

    I went to this business a couple of weeks ago to use a Scoopon Voucher for eyelash extensions. Often, the service associated with using these type of vouchers can be hit and miss. However, the service at Sanda's is amazing!! The receptionist, Kim, was really bubbly and great at letting you know what was going on - how long it would be - where to sit - trying to make you comfortable.
    During my service, I overheard Kim take a phone call from a rude customer who wanted to book in for a service in 2 days time. When Kim told her they were booked out but she could find her another time, the lady was yelling at her. Sanda, the owner, then took the call and the woman threatened that she would be writing a bad review on True Local. Even though I was only privy to one side of the conversation, I can testify that neither Kim or Sandra were rude in any way. I think as customers, we need to remember that people who run businesses are not paid to put up with rude and threatening customers.
    The service itself was amazing!!! I got size 10-12 eyelash extensions and have no end of compliments!! It took about an hour and I nearly fell asleep a couple of times.
    The service is amazing, the actual results are fantastic and I love the energy and quirkiness of the whole place.

    Thank you for pampering me today. I loved the range of Shellac polish you had to choose from and the foot massage I got with my Pedicure was devine. I enjoyed the atmosphere in the salon, so happy and bubbly. I felt like I was walking on air when I left. You made my day :-)

    Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my massage at this salon today. The staff were so friendly and looked after me really well. I found the salon to be well presented and felt very comfortable. I will be back!
