Sands on Coogee restaurant offers casual, modern dining with a fusion of Australian, French and Japanese cuisine. Dishes include black mussels steamed with sake, roast duck breast with lime and honey sauce, or lamb salad served with Gorgonzola cheese and honey balsamic dressing. 
Two courses are available for $37 any night of the week and a kids menu is also offered.

After reading the good reviews on Eatability I went to Sands on Coogee with my husband on a Saturday night. We had garlic bread, olives, pumpkin soup, 2 entrées and 2 mains and all for $82! The service was spectacular and the food definitely matched the service. I had the paté and lamb - absolutely delicious. We are already trying to work out a time to return as we want to try the degustation menu which looks scrumptious also. If you're dining out in the Eastern Suburbs, this place is a must.

The first time we ate here we were staying in Coogee from interstate. Fantastic food.
The last time we phoned from the North Shore to make a booking and accepted their suggestion of the degustation menu. Absolutely amazing. Try it!

We have been to this restaurant many times. Its been always pleasure to eat their foods(especially I'm very much fun of "Paperbag Seafood"). Last time we thought try something different...... We had $55 6 course chefs degastation menu. It was fantastic!! Its great for value. Every dishes looked exquisite. And taste great too. Very friendly service. We'll definitetly going back again soon!
