    EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
    i had a problem with a item , and they did not want to resolve it , instead i got rude reps, contradicting my complaint and threatening me . Waste of money buying their items, i will make a complaint with the Consumer Watchdog ACCC , and will also let the distributor , Coles and Woolworths know about their rude attitude toward customers !

    My family just love your Up and Go! Brilliant product, but expensive though. Weetbix, if you have the time and don't have an Up and Go instead, is the best and healthiest cerial I have had. Keeps you regular, stays with you until lunch time and is just great. Thanks for the Up and Go competition and free Backpack offer, hoping it arrives soon! Can't you get Woolworths to sell more of your products eg they have removed tenderbits at our Ipswich supermarkets and now only have about 3 varieties in the canned products. Few of the frozen products as well! I love tenderbits and the other canned products but an finding it increasingly difficult to purchase them. Thankfully I can still go to Coles and get them for the time being!!
