I bought a brand new Samsung mobile from them. After 2 months the phone started throwing up a message asking for a sim password. I took the phone back to them to get it working. The staff's attitude and body language was entirely opposite to what was when I bought the phone. For the start they told me that I had played with the phone, and then asked me money to repair the phone.
To be honest the phone was very rarely used and no one change anything. They treated me like an enemy rather than a customer who helped their business. I can't believe how people like them still in business?
How can a phone after two months automatically asks for a sim password with out the owners knowledge.As far as I know staff is always polite and honest with all the customers and they told him to take it to the Samsung Service centre for updating the software. we have successfuly completed 5 years of trading in wentworthville.Our sincere thanks to all our customers
