    Think the staff in there needs to learn to consult with her clients during cutting and needs to ease up on the thinning scissors on long hair, my end result after washing was not good, my regular hairdresser was shocked at how much of my long thick hair had been thinned, an how the thinners were used( top to bottom, x3 straight lines), its going to take a long time to grow back to how it was, also never asked for short shaping around the front but she went ahead anyway, not a terrible hairdresser but communication would go a long way!
