Great food, heaps of variety but maybe too much to choose from! Good service! Prices are pretty expensive, appetizers around $12+ and mains starting at $22, I had a Mongolian lamb that was $22 than had to add rice which was $3 extra, very expensive considering I could have got take away for 1/2 the price! My husband took me to this restaurant on one of our first dates.. I just loved it from the start. The service was fantastic and we left the ordering to the lovely waitress who made sure to make our evening special. I loved it then and still do now. We go as often as time permits as we are not from around the area but it is well worth the drive and never disappoints. The selection on the menu is wonderful, they cater for just about everyone taste's. The food is always fresh and full of flavour the entree i had the other night for example was shrimp coconut lime, ginger and roasted peanuts on a miang leaf.. what an amazing combination tasted fresh and mouth watering.. as was the seared scallop curried pumpkin puree YUM!!.. What i love is you never run out of things to try so it does keep you wanting to go back.. I also love the seating up stair on the outside balcony and watching the night life of balmain play out while enjoying a great meal. It's byo or you can select from a fully stocked bar..what more can i say if you want to have a great night with someone special or a group of friends this is the place to go! -

We have been going to Satasia for what seems to be forever. Highly recommended for friendly staff and a high quality, diverse menu covering what seems most of south East Asia. Would strongly recommend that if in a group, ask for Anita and let her decide the dishes - then sit back and enjoy all the yummy food. As a bonus - can also hear yourself talk instead of all the clatter at the more trendy eateries in Darling Street. -

Have been here twice now and have never been disappointed! The quality of the food is excellent and always tastes amazing!!! Make sure to order the Pecan Chicken and Chicken Teriyaki dishes. Singapore noodles are great too, but quite spicy, so be prepared! Can't wait to go back!!! -

Satasia is one of our favourite restaurants, we always go back! The restaurant is big and decor basic, but the quality of the food always draws you back. Try and get a verandah seat and don't forget to try the salt & peppar crab and pecan chicken dishes! -

Best Asian combination restaurant i have been to. The menu is extensive with excellent variety of Thai, Indonesian, Chinese, Indian, and Vietnamese choices. Good value meals.
Crying Tiger Beef and the Salt and Pepper Calamari are excellent choices. The upstairs terrace is nice on a warm night. And this place offers BYO
