    I cannot praise Brownyn at "Say I Do Wedding Gowns" enough in being a professional, kind and helpful individual. I wanted to sell my wedding dress and donate the money to a girlfriend of mine with three young children who has a very severe brain tumour. I took the dress to Brownyn and told her the story, she immediately said that she would sell it for me, and to top it all off NOT charge me for her time, and waiver her commission. Bronwyn was very sensitive to the fact that I loved that dress and how it was such a big step for me to part with it, even though I was there at my own discretion and it was after all for a good cause. Every time I visited Brownyn in her shop I was in awe at how she carried herself so professionally, her knowledge and creativity and flair of dressmaking was obvious (as I have sewn all my life and my mother in law is a seamstress), along with how she managed to make her clients just "glow", she knew exactly what to recommend for certain body shapes etc etc, she is indeed a true wizard at her trade and sadly this is a dying art. She should teach classes in "Customer Service", as business around Cairns could certainly learn an thing or two from her. She found a new owner for my beautiful dress and managed to get the dollar figure I was looking for, which was donated to the Edward Koch foundation in order to help my dear friend, this would never have been possible without her valued input and help.
